VERY NICE STAY!

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience! The property isn't brand new, but the staff is exceptional: from the reception to the waiters and the poolside bartenders, we found a team that was always smiling and made our stay very enjoyable! We opted for half-board: the food quality is very good, and there is a nice selection at every meal (with variety from one evening to the next). A special mention for Pavel, the hotel entertainer: a truly delightful person, friendly, and very positive (but never intrusive!) who entertained us during our stay with aqua aerobics, bingo, and various games. A real added value for the hotel! The hotel's location is absolutely GREAT

Outdated rooms, no wifi in the room, bathroom door didn’t fully close and it was made of glass, hence an uncomfortable lack of intimacy. Plumbing bad in the sink.

Great hotel for a short break at any time of the year.

Very clean and fresh appearance. Room was comfortable and quiet and showers was fine. We were on 2nd floor and had a partial sea view from room 248. Got sun on balcony in morning. Plenty of choice of food for breakfast and evening meal (we were half board). Glad we did not go AI though. Pool was lovely and plenty of loungers. The sun went about 4pm at pool but the rooftop terrace was sunny all day. Enjoyed aqua aerobics class and had a few treatments at the spa which were all very good. We were given a voucher for half price entry to pool, sauna etc at spa but we didn’t use those facilities. Pool towels required a deposit of 10 euros each which was returned at end of stay It cost 2 Euros to get pool towel changes (water is in short supply in canaries so this is to deter unnecessary laundry). Hotel was in a great location. Plenty of supermarkets, cafe’s etc on doorstep, 5 mins walk to a nice beach (where we would go for a refreshing swim before breakfast). There is a big market just down the road on Saturdays which finishes at 2pm..worth a visit. Easy walk to Maspalomas sand dunes.

Seating in entertainment not very comfy. Need to change of invest in some cushions.

Good place to be at. Close to the beach and the local bars. Delicious food at the restaurant

The property has no issues. But, some of the personnel who work there had shown their horrible attitudes towards me. A couple of people who work at the restaurant acted weird, & most importantly the guy at the reception….if I remember his name is Fernando or something (bald with glasses on) behaved in the worst possible way. Fernando (the guy mentioned in the earlier sentence) had treated me in such an awful way that it made me feel like I was staying there just because he let me to, for free. Pathetic behavior of his it was. Either he or the position at the reception needs to get fixed for the benefit of the hotel in general

Breakfast was good,location good,roof top solarium was a really nice place and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful

Dark room with street view and very uncomfortable bed ️the mattresses could be better,the pool is located in a bad place in my opinion,no sun from 3 pm

Good food(but not the cakes), customer service depends on who is working on the shift, good location

Breakfast food selection is really good, lot of options and varieties, even for vegetarians and vegans. Only the sweet cakes what I tasted wasn’t not good, think it could be because made from vegetable fat.The distance from Yumbo is only about 12-14 min in our walking speed Downstairs of hotel is supermarket only lot of items is overpriced but to buy drinking water or some basic stuff is ok. Hotel cocktail and coffee drink prices are really adorable

1.The employee who was at reception when we arrived to check in wasn’t with welcoming attitude but soon he was changed with women, she was with much better. 2.At hotel reception was info that if we do not want have cleaning service for exact day than we can earn 1 free bottle of water or 1 free cocktail or late check out. So we decide that first two or three days we are for sure do not need cleaning service and on the room doors you can put a sign of two options- need cleaning or do not disturb, so we understand that on the doors we have to put sign-do not disturb. At one of the followings day we asked at the reception that we want our free cocktails or water bottles but the employee said that we had to inform reception every morning that we do not need cleaning service( at the reception booklet was no information that we have to inform reception employee every morning that we do not need cleaning service). 3. At our room balcony in evenings we noticed really annoying music or karaoke from another hotel and it wasn’t joyful to sit in evenings at balcony so we asked at reception if it’s possible to change the room to other side of the hotel, the employee said that we have to ask about that to the hotel manager next morning. The next day at about 14:00-15:00 we asked at reception we asked at reception if manager give answer about our question about room change. He answered that the manager is not anymore in hotel, normally she is till 18:00. The guest do not need to catch when someone is working if we already asked the question about room change to the employee who is working under the hotel manager. We had feeling that reception guy do not want to help us or that he would be interested to help or assist, he even said that we have to catch manager when she is in the hotel( that is not good customer service and I’m working in place where I have guests from all over the world every day). 4. The WiFi was working only by the room doors or at the reception :(

It’s an excellent location and the staff are very helpful

I loved the agua-gym sessions and the gym which was free to go to. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent.

The shower in the room didn’t have very good drainage

Very nice

Modern and clean hotel. Small swimming pool which is in the shadow in the afternoon. Very nice rooftop bar. Staff is very friendly and food is good for an all-inclusive.

Rooftop bar and swimming pool close very early, at 18:00. The pools on the rooftop bar could be a bit warmer. Last but not least many drinks are only available at extra charge. The free drinks were bad quality.

ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, AND HAS A GOOD BALCONY. WE RESERVED THE SEA VIEW WHICH WAS MORE EXPENSIVE BUT EXTRA SPECIAL. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, FRESH AND VARIABLE. OVERALL GOOD.

INTERNET CONNECTION WAS POOR WITH NONE AVAILABLE FOR THE COMPUTER EVEN WITH THE WIFI IN OUR ROOM. STRONG INTERNET CONNECTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE GROUND FLOOR. IF YOU NEED TO USE THE INTERNET YOU MUST GO DOWNSTAIRS. SEATS WERE UNCOMFORTABLE IN THE FOYER ON GROUND FLOOR. FACILITIES FOR HANGING/STORING CLOTHES WERE LIMITED FOR TWO PEOPLE. THERE WAS NO TABLE TO SIT AT IN THE ROOM FOR WRITING AT, EXCEPT FOR ON THE BALCONY. LATTER IS FINE IF THE WEATHER IS GOOD.

Very Good

Room was lovely, very clean, Breakfast was plentiful and varied, very nice. Staff in restaurant very helpful and efficient. Staff at front desk was lovely, very helpful.

The dinner, there wasnt much meat available, the chef would cook 2 pieces of steak ( for example) with a queue of 8 people waiting. Dinner was from 630 to 930pm and we went down at 730pm , the meat may have hit a lull at this time but hubby likes his meat. One thing I will say was the bar man ( not at restaurant but main bar ) was to the point of rude, we asked for ice and he wanted to charge us for it......... was not impressed I must say and spoiled things at the time
